Open Toe Booties : Hot or Not?

As I was saying earlier this week, woven, cut-out and open-toed booties are going to be everywhere again this Fall, and as I was also saying, booties and boots with open toes were among last season’s more controversial footwear trends. Some people loved them, some people hated them, but everyone seemed to have a strong opinion.
